All bets are settled based on official results. Bets are usually settled within 15-30 minutes after a match ends. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled or voided according to specific rules. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must notify us within 7 days of the result announcement - no complaints will be accepted after this period. nexjp24's decision is final and binding in all disputes.
Each event and market has minimum and maximum bet limits. Limits for new users are typically lower and gradually increase. VIP members get higher betting limits.

Nexjp24 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without cause. If your account is closed, your legitimate balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded. However, if closed for rule violations, all funds may be forfeited. You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting the support team. For responsible gaming, you can set Self-Exclusion where your account will be suspended for a specified period.
